We have had lots of exciting activities take place at the end of term, including trips, Christmas events, rewards trips and reward assemblies.
Rewards Assemblies
Rewards assemblies for every year group took place with awards from their form tutors, subject awards, attendance awards and many more in their Christmas celebration assemblies. Well done to all the pupils who received an award!
Christmas Fair and Christmas Jumper Day
On Tuesday 16th December we had our Christmas Fair in school, where Y7 and Y8 pupils had the opportunity to participate in games, purchase hot chocolate, enter the tombola, and much more. The event was a huge success with over £400 raised!!!
It was also lovely to see pupils wearing their Christmas jumpers from the decorating workshop last week!
Santa's Grotto
On Wednesday 17th December a number of pupils were invited to choose a present from Santa’s Grotto or receive a Christmas sack of presents!

Live Attendance Draw
We had lots of fun in our first ever Live attendance prize draw!
Names were pulled out of a hat and pupils were collected by our staff Christmas Elves to collect one of the many amazing prizes from Santa's grotto, whilst the whole school watched the live feed and joined in the excitement! What a great afternoon!
Rewards Trips
On Thursday 18th December, many of our Y7-9 pupils with excellent behaviour and attendance went to the cinema as a reward for their outstanding conduct.
Some Y10-11 pupils also visited the Manchester Christmas markets as a reward for being excellent ambassadors of the school. The pupils had a lovely time and it was a wonderful opportunity to get into the festive spirit!
Reddish Got Talent
On Friday 19th December Years 7-9 experienced our first ever staff Reddish Got Talent competition. Featuring a panel of esteemed judges, a push-up contest against Mr Foyle, Mamma Mia and Adele singing performances, Science experiments comedy sketch and a surprise appearance from SLT as the Spice Girls, it was a huge success with lots of laughs.
