Loneliness Awareness Week

This week (15 - 21 June) is Loneliness Awareness Week with people and organisations coming together to raise awareness of loneliness.

Loneliness is something that can affect any one of us at any point in our lives, but the issue has become more prominent during the coronavirus pandemic. Not being able to see family, friends and loved ones has left many people at risk of feeling isolated, so now more than ever it's important to remember that you are not alone and if you are feeling lonely there are ways to reach out and talk to someone.
