Dear Parents and Carers,
I am delighted to share with you the enclosed Ofsted report following our full inspection in July 2026.
This report marks a significant milestone in the journey of Reddish Vale High School and is one that every member of our community should feel immensely proud of. Since the inspection in June 2024, which resulted in the school being placed in Special Measures, we have worked tirelessly together to transform the experience of our young people. The report recognises that the school now meets the expected standard in the majority of inspection areas, reflecting the substantial and sustained improvements that have taken place across the school over the past two years.
This outcome has not been achieved overnight, nor has it been achieved by any one individual. It is the result of the unwavering commitment of our staff, governors and, most importantly, the support of our families and wider community. I would like to take this opportunity to offer my sincere thanks to every parent and carer who has stood alongside us throughout this journey.
