Head of Department - Geography
Reddish Vale High School are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic, committed and ambitious Head of Department. The successful candidate will display a real passion for learning and the teaching of Geography, with proven experience of leadership and teaching across KS3 and 4.
Second in Department - Mathematics
Working alongside the newly appointed Head of Mathematics, you will be a key person in defining the culture within the team and shaping the futures of the pupils who come through the department. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team and this is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding, creative teacher with the drive, passion and commitment to join our hugely talented team of staff.
Teacher of Food Technology
As a Food Technology Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching students the practical and theoretical aspects of food science, nutrition, food safety, culinary techniques, and sustainable food practices. They design and deliver lessons that engage students in understanding the science of food, preparing and cooking various types of dishes, and studying the impact of food on health and the environment. Food Technology Teachers also promote safe kitchen practices, nutrition, and the development of essential life skills.
Teacher of Mathematics (additional teaching and learning responsibility available for the right candidate)
Reddish Vale High School are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic, committed and ambitious Teacher of Mathematics to join the department within our school. The successful candidate will display a real passion for learning and the teaching of their subject, with experience of teaching across KS3 and 4. A commitment to your own CPD, through the development and application of innovative teaching and learning practices, will support the philosophy of the department.
