Transition Day
Welcome to Reddish Vale High School.
Before you join us in September, we will invite you to visit our school for a Transition Day.
Transition Day for pupils starting in September 2026 will be on Thursday 2nd July 2026.
Transition Day is an opportunity for you meet your form tutor, year team, teachers and new friends. You will also spend time getting to know the layout of the school and the important information you will need to know before you start the new and exciting next chapter of your education.
After Transition Day on 2nd July we will also be hosting Transition Evening for parents/carers to come into school to receive more information about what to expect in September. During this, we will also be handing out our Transition bags, which include useful information about our school, stationery, and starting this year, we will also be supplying all of our new year 7 pupils with a school tie! The timings of Transition Evening will be communicated to families via email closer to the event.
